Karra Proctor and I were trying to do a business with bulk Reo and I brought Karra all kinds of deals that I said she could try to find buyers for. I gave her the best benefit of product to try to match with her buyers. And we had an agreement that was legal and binding that prohibitted circumventing the other person. I helped her so much and I was really surprised to see how she started begging me to lend her money and crying on my shoulder acting like I had to support her. She guaranteed to pay me back with her first check from her job. I was so nice and patient with her only to find out that she lied to me all along and never paid me a cent. If you encounter Karra Procter in the real estate industry just watch your back. She took people for granted and ripped me off so badly when I had no money to support her at all. And she knew it but made no effort to pay me anything. She works a full time job and not once did she even try to make right on that loan I gave her. She is user of people. And she lied to my face about paying me back and just to warn everyone, if she asks you for money run a mile away or she will suck you in to use you too like she did me.
