This individual was hired from Craigslist to perform some PHP and other programming duties. After he told us he was nearly completed with one project, we went ahead and trusted him with a down payment. He cashed the check same day, and no changes were ever uploaded. After 2 weeks of saying "it's almost done, I promise I'm about to upload it", he is finally at the point of just ignoring our calls and emails.

He mentioned he was going through some personal issues, and had even become very friendly with our owner. They seemed to hit it off, but in the end, Josh Proctor the Las Vegas based programmer just lied about everything he said he was doing, took the down payment and disappeared.

This individual is very easy to tell apart from any other "Josh Proctor" you may meet here, as this person has a very noticeable facial "tick" or Tourette's type involuntary facial spasm. This physical attribute is included as not to soil anyone else's reputation with that name, as it is a common name.

Do not work with this individual, despite his promises.
