Company rang on behalf of Windows. Got me to look at an error list in computer and offered 3 year fix to problem. I unfortunately fell for this one. Address to contact is: support@livehelp4pc.net which appears to come under a group called Team Viewer. Still getting calls about computer problems, so just hang up on them
