Charge showed up on my bank account. 800 number stated it was an online purchase. I don't use the card to purchase anything online. Stated they would give me a refund in 7-10 days. Still waiting to see refund. I don't understand why I have to wait I didn't make the charge they confirmed and gave me a transaction number, but I think I should get an immediate refund. I called my bank and they stated that if i was advised they would give me a refund there was nothing more to do.
