I received a check in the amount of $3550.00, Ch # 33930 and was on Panarama Incorporated, Operating Account, 1300 Shilo Road, Kennesaw, Ga 30144. Of course, I did not cash, tried calling the number on the letter and no answer. Then today I received a call from a James Blake and she assured me that this was not a scam, but was told to go to CVS Pharmarcy and give them $2400.00 and they would give me a card to claim my winnings of $839,000.00. That I was to deposit the check and that the bank would HOLD for 5-7 days. I called CVS and they do not know anything about it and are contacting their home office. There were lots of stores listed - Sears, Best Buy, Wal Mart, Lowes, CVS, Wal Green, JC Penny, Zellers, Staples, Ikea, Master Card and AMX.
So don't be taken in. Look very legiment.
