I have received from mobile media solutions 5 unsolicited msgs on 12 july that cost me $ 20 thru fido. I tried to contact them several times but it is absolutely not possible to contact them. Although i left msg several times to contact me but no one contacted me. They know the reason of my call as there must be thousands of callers trying to contact them whom they are providing their “service” without their consent and loot money from them. Who is interested in their msgs??? Are they worth the money that they are charging us? If we want any such msgs, we can just go online and get such msgs without paying anything.

I have already sent them msg to stop their “service”. Now i ask them to credit the amount imdtly as i never asked them to provide me with their service which is nothing but a scam. I am working for one of the wireless providers in canada and i understand from lots of customers that they too are receiving msgs without their consent. It is extremely difficult for many of customer service representatives to deal with issues as they think we have the right to stop such msgs and they also think that our company is getting commission from them.

We sweat to earn our dollars and these crooks are just sending unsolicited messages and loot money from us.in fact i had opened only one msg from them which is the first msg wherein they had asked to send msg to stop to unsubscribe. Before i came to know that i have a msg from them asking me to stop their service if i dont want to receive, i have received 4 to 5 more msgs from them. How can they send these msgs and loot me? Did i ever ask them to send the msgs? What do you call it if it is not a scam? It is nothing but day-light robbery from an organization who are staffed with representatives who seem to be helpless in helping us because they have to listen to their crook masters.

Just recently i was able to contact this company and the rep. With whom i spoke to, tried her best to convince me that i had subscribed to their service. Nonsense! How can i subscribe to their service when i tell my family members and many others including customers of my company, not to mention their phone nos. When they go online as the crooks would start sending their msgs to look them? In fact i had put an advertisement to rent out my basement room and included my phone no. To contact me by those who are interested in the room. That was the only time i had mentioned my phone no. Online and these crooks grabbed my no. To loot my hard-earned money. I was not able to convince their rep that i never subscribed to their service as i felt she is well-trained to deal with the customers who call them to know why they are charging them.

It is so sad that no one has taken any action against these crooks. What is better business bureau is doing? It is canada and no an asian or african country where people loot one another and the authorities just watch and close their eyes.
