I have a very ill sister, from the beginning her coworkers have done nothing but give her the run around with her health care documents. They say things like we can't locate FMLA papers or takes weeks to distribute her checks. Someone who is ill needs their income to survive. This has to be one of the worst places to work for... So grateful I don't work there. Then when you take time to call and complain people are terrified of being fired. Well I don't work there and this company needs to treat its employees better.
