Trashy soap operas playing in waiting room. Sex and violence depicted. The volume was also very loud. Complained to office staff, asked if we could chamge the channel to something more appropriate for the children present, however, they stated that their policy was that the TV had to remain on that channel. Disturbing and upsetting to the patients and guests. Unbelievable.
