Illegal Overdrafts

I have banked with this bank for a little over 2 years and have paid a lot of fees in overdrafts. Some of which I did get but others I don't get.in the last 2 days they have charged me $170.00 in overdraft fees when I check my balace before I go to bed and its always positive and when I call for an explanation they tell me "It's not a bank error or we have given you $160.00 already back in overdraft fees and can't do anything for you." Something has got to be done about this because if you were to add up all the "not our error" overdrafts I bet its close 20 $1500.00 dollars.
