Scam, charged more than on the invoice, send cheap copies of some other glasses, no response to emails

Very nice web, promising refunds and returns all that ble ble to look serious, but tricked me. I placed an order for a nice pair of Chanel glasses as shown on the picture, give my CC, paid. Few days later I discovered I was charged more and than an international fees as well. I have contacted the web many times but never received any respond. Few weeks later I received a glasses, some cheap and ugly two pairs of $5 copies. So what can I say if u wish to pay for something that you wont get, if you get anything at all and been charged more than what you agreed and its worth to pay for feel that I warn you so you wont end up just as me.
