I ordered these tablets which didn't work I returned them on 19th August requesting full refund of the money that I had paid due to the tablets not working as advertised and I could claim a refund under their guarantee.

I phoned and emailed the company several times the last phone call & email were sent on Sept 2nd 2011 advising them of my intent to take legal action unless money was refunded.

I asked the operative for their company head office details so that I could send the legal documentation to them and was advised by this person that she didn't know the head office details and when I pushed her again for their details put the phone down on me, so I am still no further forward with this complaint than I was on the 19th August.

So based on my experiences with this company I would advise against using them as it will cost you more than you bargined for.
