Same thing as many others, false advertising thinking it was $39.95 for 6 months & then $234 taken out. This first happened to me in April and I was lucky enough to get the money refunded in May!! Then on 28th December I noticed $234 out of my account and at first didn't know what it was. I have put it in the hands of my Bank as B2 will not refund. I have had nothing to do with them since May and the refund. Also a big worry to me is I tried to delete all my details etc. And they wont allow it to happen. I have emailed requesting and demanding they do this. I am a senior person who is a pensioner. Oh my credit card has been cancelled.
