I bought a used laptop for $250.00 in March. About 1 month the computer crashed. They fixed it and returned it a month later. A few months later the laptop stated that a pirated copy of windows was installed and windows would not open. I returned it again and told them that I wanted a original copy of windows installed-they had already stated that all computers for sale have been checked forvalid copies of windows. They said they would fix it for free. Three days later they billed me for $32.00 and refuse to give me any numbers or codes to validate windows is a valid copy of windows.
