MyChangeAddress acts as an authorized agent for users wishing to file their address change request with the United States Postal Service-this service is provided for a fee to cover postage, handling and processing... MyChangeAddress files a hard copy of the official change of address form with the United States Postal Service on behalf of its users.

They charged my bank card (which I have alerted my bank of their SCAMMING, and have hotcarded my card so they cannot use it again)$6.99 and NEVER did they have my mail changed or forwarded even though they sent me a confirmation of the change, which I have filed! Scam, scam, scam!!! Do NOT use this company. ONLY go through the USPS.com official site. I was in a hurry to get mine changed, moving is stressful enough, and I did not read the fine print. SAD, as I had only paid $1.00 before to change my address. THEY ARE NOT AN AUTHORIZED AGENT FOR THE USPS! They are fraud, liars and I hope they get sued by the USPS for acting as an authorized agent for USPS. Please... Do NOT use this site!!! The contact email on the confirmation comes back UNDELIVERABLE!!!
