Agreed to free trial with both companies and was charged $1.99 shipping for both.

Yesterday two full sized jars of hydroxatone arrived with an invoice for $141.89. If I don't want to be charged $141.89 I have to return both jars (full or empty) within 30 days. I rang 1800-672-2259 for a return address but number is apparently not connected. (On parcel from them SHIPPING DEPT PO Box 9300 Jersey City NJ 07303-9908). Does anyone know if this is correct?
Juveneu sent me nothing and used my credit card details which I sent for shipping of the "sample" and charged me $80.00. I spoke to one of their employees but I am not convinced that they will reverse the charge. (Jan - Melbourne)
