It is apparently under an email address that is not mine but has my credit card number. I have been getting phone calls and I requested my information be erased which they said they did, but then called again. When I informed the caller that my info was supposed to be deleted she said that "there was no authorized report of a cancellation". Then I saw this charge on my bank statement.
