I brought the 30 day free trail from them and the site stated free trail and i hd to pay £4.95p&p i new before the 30 day trail finished i had to cancel and i tried on many occasions but could never get through or the number was wrong so when they took all tht money out by 2 weeks i was shocked actually i cryed my eyes out they were no help over the phone when i finally got through just said i was suppose to cancel by 14 days but when the avertise it aid 30 days free trail i really need that money that is almost a weeks wages for me i feel like such an idiot
