They claim I made an application for a loan in may this year when I wasn't even in the country. My bank have told me it was set up as a recurring payment which they deny. They have given me an address to write to which they say is the only way to get my money back which we all know isn't true. Who do these people think they are as they seem to prey on those with very little money. I do have a phone number but the arrogant people on the other end are not very helpful or pleasant.
