I picked up two transactions on my credit card statement with the first dated 07/08 in the amount of R288,04 and the second dated 30/08 in the amount of R283,42. When i went onto the web and sent an email to STUBLTD.com support i received a response back from then saying that they could not understand the details of my problem as i needed to send the query in English (well duh - which version of English do they want?!). I then went online again and started a chat on their live support with an operator by the name of Jessica who advised that the debits were for a subscription to an informational website that i had been enrolled on when i purchased a Health & Beauty product which she advised was called Resveratrol. I have never heard of this product and neither have i made any sort of online purchased of this nature and when i told this to Jessica she responded that the "system" had debited me in error! I then asked when the reversal of these charges would be processed and since now have not received a reply to the question. Where do these people get our credit card details in the first place and how many unsuspecting other consumers have been taken in by this nonsense. What do i do from here given that Jessica is not responding and their support email desk does not seem to understand the form of English that i am using?
