Went in to check my bank account on the 1/09 and noticed £69.75 was pending i new i had not used my card for that amount went into back they told me who the payment was for i have never heard from them so i phoned them they told me it was for finding a loan i explained i never asked for a loan they told me to write to powerpoans 1 liverpool rd london for a refund which i have done this is fraud i am unemployed and need this money is there any 1 else i can turn to for help on this
