I looked on a web site for a loan and checked my account on the 15 2 12 and noticed that the amount of £49
3 59 had been taken with out my say so i phoned them to ask why they had done this and they told me it was ther fee so i asked them to cancel and they told me that i would have to wait 10 days for them to give me a refund if i put it in writing and sent it to them i have done that and i have still not got back my money i want it back today i have been waiting long enough now
