Fred Evans of Echonetic | www.echonetic.com has failed to complete the design of my ecommerce site as outlined in our contract. He has breached his contractual obligations. Our contract stated would complete my website in 15 days and it has been 45 days. He was very easy to get ahold at first but does not return calls. He has taken half of my deposit and ran.
