S.I.R.S. Aka Sweepstakes Information Reporting Servicess ripoff confirmed prize notification letter, cash winner in the full amount false letter

I recieved this letter in the mail saying i had won $525,439.00. I read it then as i started to read it closer it said some interesting things. At the bottom it said send $21.95 for process documents and final records.

Then on the side it started to say not in the same words but something along the lines of as far as they were concerned you could've won $1 or $5 or $50 or so on i was like uhh ok?

I called the customer service line and it was a recording pretty much reading off the letter i recieved.
