Below is the invoice I receieved from Flex Seal. I cancelled the order and immediately notified my credit card company to disallow the charge, which they did. Seven days later, Flex Seal re-submitted the charge for payment, having been notified of the fact that I had cancelled the order and had deliberately prevented the authorization for the first charge.

These people are engaged in a scam as it regards both the product, which is worthless (please, FlexSeal... Sue me!!! I dare ya!), as well as the exhorbitant, unreasonable and unconscionable shipping and handling fees.

Finally, I have discovered that FlexSeal has provided both the email address I used to make the order and the telephone number I used on the order to marketing companies. They are now making sales calls to the telephone number and spamming the email address out of existence. I know it is flexSeal that did this because the email address was used ONLY for an order of FlexSeal and no other merchandising of any kind.

I have demanded a refund and their customer service department has responded I can expect a full refund. I have no doubt, based on some additional research, that this is a bald-faced lie. I have mailed a complaint to the California Department of Consumer Affairs. I would prefer to find an attorney to file a class-action lawsuit and put them out of business, but they would just file bankruptcy and emerge from under another rock in another form.
