This happened to me as well though I got my money back and 5 credits for free, yes I got 5 pairs of shoes for free because I don't quit when I'm upset. It is in the terms and conditions but for future references you should always use a prepaid card for online purchases because like justfab if they try and take money out and there is only a certain amount on the prepaid card they wont be able to and you will have a free credit. So you win and they lose. Oh and no I'm not for beating the system just being smart.
