I bought a pair of boots from Justfab.com 2 months ago online. I was never made aware that they would be storing my credit card information and billing me $39.95 per month. I have called twice attempting to get a refund for my 2 "credits" but have been unsuccessful. They told me that the credits were non refundable and that I would have to use them on a purchase. This is absolutely ridiculous. This is a terrible company with horrible customer service. Scam scam scam!!!
