We needed 3,000 sqft. Of tile and since we are members of Direct Buy we went and asked for the "direct" conection in order to get the best price. They gave us the phone number of someone they do business with, who is just a middle person in the business, and we paid $3.25 sqft. For a tile that in the market was $1.19 (exactly same product). We were sold twice the price! We went for an explanation and the answer was that their policy changed; giving the best price only applies to things they sell, but not to the people they work with.
