Beware! My daughter used this site briefly last year to help her with some complex problems. We paid for that in advance with our credit card, Now they have charged me an additional $83.40 for absolutely nothing. No contract was taken out and no-one in my household has used the site for at least nine months. No emails of pending payment were sent. No type of notification at all. I'm trying to get the charge removed, but no one answers the phone. A recording responds telling you to email them. So far I have had no response to my emails. I'm going to contact the BBB and my credit card company soon to resolve the problem if I get no response.
