Starcashprocessing deposited into my checking account 300.00 dollars. I had originally signed a agreement with another company.
When i contacted them concerning the deposit they told me i did
in fact authorize this transaction and i have to pay them 600.00
dollars back. When i asked for the written agreement i was told it
would be sent to my email, i waited patiently for this document,
it never arrived in my email, i then filed a chapter 13 bankruptcy
and listed them as a ceditor in my bankruptcy. The company sent
a notice to my bank (chase) and they allowed them to withdraw
195.00 dollars out of my account even though they have been receiving payments via my trustee for the last 2mths. Chase
would not relieve my funds back to my checking account, i since
then have contacted my bankruptcy attorney and i am still awaitng
my funds to be refunded
