Thanks for e mailing our human resources division regarding the open position. You appear more than capable for our open position. We have narrowed the 100's of resumes we have been sent down to 5 and you have been chosen to move to the the next step in the hiring process. Please see below for the work description.

Job necessities: Great print/oral interaction skills in order to carry out administrative tasks including answering phones and recording messages, the preparation of mailings, the organization and maintenance of supply amounts, elementary copying, regular filing and e mailing, and typewriting correspondence. We will offer more specific details at our interview.

Hours: 9:30 am - 5 P.M. (Hours can be a bit accommodating if necessary)
Salary for this job: 13.50 - 15.50 per hour (we will resolve eventual salary at some stage in the interview reliant on experience)
