I requested a cancellation of my son membership after 1 year, I was told to pay $32 as a cancellation fee which I did on 8/8, then they didn't cancelled it saying I have to pay $14.99 more which i did on 8/10. I was told that was it, the membership was cancelled and no more payment due. Then I got a letter in the mail saying i have to pay $11.84 because there was a $19 annual fee that was due before the cancellation date which i was not aware of.
