Thanks to your website & the unsuspecting buyers who fell for shoesmallbaba, I was one of the 'lucky ones'. I bought a pair of ladies shoes for 45.13 AUD after searching on the internet high and low for a better price than what I found the shoes I was after was anywhere else. The website looked reasonably legit I s'pose in terms of had a currency changer tab, auto selection and most of all paypal as a buyer payment option. So I bought the shoes then received an order invoice receipt confirmation from a seller with the name shoesmallbaba, not angela-shoes.com which the email addy was or styleshoesbestpriceforyou so I emailed them after two days asking when my shoes were going to be posted as the website still showed 'processing' in the transaction history. No email was received. I became suspicious & googled shoesmallbaba to come across your scam reporting website amongst many many others about the same seller. My heart sank, I felt sick thinking I had been caught out in a scam when I believed I was always careful about internet shopping. I immediately lodged a paypal not received item dispute and so my story goes. They ignored all of my cries on how much shoesmallbaba scam reporting was out there, all over the world and that seemingly, paypal were aware of this vendor but kept trading with them, I lodged the dispute straight after realising they were a scam artist, before they sent my shoes aka cheap mousepad I was to expect. I was shocked paypal were saying we must give them a chance to respond and post a tracking number as proof of postage even though I screamed foul play from your posts among many others. They then cheekily posted the mouspad, supposedly, providing a tracking number through China Post, when I got this notification from paypal, I was fuming, thinking I'm about to receive a cheap winnie the pooh mousepad and paypal will ignore my not as described complaints because they proved they sent 'something' to me. So I thought I'm going to outsmart those jerks, I rang paypal today after one previous phonecall & 6 emails asking if I could take the unopened parcel matching the tracking number they provided to a police station to open the item in front of a police officer so they could verify in writing to paypal that the item in the unopened parcel matching the tracking number provided by the so called seller was not containing a pair of shoes but a cheap mousepad along with of course proof of the weight of the item... Mousepad vs shoes. So with that request, the paypal consultant said I'm closing your dispute and refunding your money! Yeah, I outsmarted the shonky chinese fraudster, instead of waiting to receive the parcel then change my item not received to item as described for paypal to then say well you got the item and they say they sent the shoes, I asked if I can open the unopened parcel in front of a police officer, all of a sudden, paypal decides in my favour & refunds me! For a cruddy 45.13 & my making a fuss after seeing how many poor unsuspecting buyers lost so much money with this scam artist, i was not going to stop & explored every avenue possible to get my money back & make a statement! So a long story I know but to cut it short from now, without your complaints on this scam reporting website, I would have been none the wiser!
