The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I remained on hold for over an hour and still now answer. They billed me for the product before I even got the Lean Spa in the mail. I am going to put in a dispute with the BBB and my bank for a full refund. I don't recommend this product to anyone and I will express my experience with my friends.
