Bob SCAM: "Collection Agency suing for Payday Loan"

This phone number called my mother at work (a DoD/DA installation) claiming that she was going to be sued for a payday loan she had taken out. The gentleman on the phone stated that she needed to contact a Mr. David Cooper at their law firm (no name was given).

My father, then, called the number and was greeted by a clerk who did not give a name. He asked for Mr. Cooper and recieved the same speech that my mother had recieved. He attempted to gain more information, as we have taken out payday loans before; but the gentleman stated this was an "internet loan". He asked for the address they had on file, and he was hung up on... And every attempt to contact this "company" has been met with an immediate hang up.

Other fraud warning websites have been reporting these same types of incidents all over the country and the suspect is using different names; all with a very distince "indian" accent. If you are contacted by these people, make a report with the law enforcement agency covering your city/town/county...
