Purchased a spyware program for39.99 plus an additional 10 for hard copy only for total{41.97] on 08-03. From their they had charged an additional 39.99 for what. 29.99, plus 10.. 0 for hard copy doesn't ADD UP to an extra 39.99 which went threw on my account the second time you had tried. Wasn't autherized to ding my account for the charge of 39.99, and from that you caused an over draft twice to my accountI want the Money replaced, or I'll contact my Back for further acttion. My name is Rebecca YoungBlood, n my Bank is { Bank of America }If I have NO responce with-in this week for it didn't take but a second to take my Money, I'll put a Dispuite threw my Bank Accountant.
