They sent me a brochure in the mail about the good rates they have with their warranties. I thought it was a good deal but came to realize it was a scam. So i had to call them to cancel my warranty they act as if they did not understand what i was saying. If you ever get a phone call or email or mail from this company do not do business with them its a rip off
