A rip off of the common people, fraudulent billing Orange

I too have been part of an age old elaborate con. Its a similar thing to those companies who used to put things on their order forms in small print like "if you do not wish a set of 6 wine glasses priced $50 please out an x in this box, of course most people ignore it. So CIC is very similar, they are banking on the fact most people jus wanting a free credit report will fill in their form, and as most people do, not bother to read the terms and agreements. To be honest I cannot even remember where I filled in the free credit report app, and cannot remember seeing TOA, but obviously I cannot prove it. I did not receive a further mail or email about this, and like most people was charged $79.95 from my credit card.

I called the number given to me by my bank 1-877-513-4175 and spoke to one of their representatives after listening to several warnings of credit card fraud in the hold queue, and how CIC can best look after me. I finally spoke to Brad whose ID is 62456 and he said that my account has been cancelled and my money will be returned, but I will leave this complaint in until it does. When I asked him if everyone being ripped off is getting their money back, he rudely replied " are you not able to read the terms of agreement" somehow implying obviously that I am idiot. Where I come from that is not the way to talk to customers.

This is a deliberate and well thought out trap, there should be laws against it, nobody should be allowed to take money from your credit card account without a signature, that really should be law and Bush should do something about it.

This company and any other like it needs to be brought down, they need to suffer for all the upset and harm they have caused to others. They say on their phone messages they want to help you, yet they help put you in debt, they want to make you aware of fraud, but want to take your money without you being aware.

Please finish this company and get back all the money for the good of the common people. They are preying on peoples everyday flaws and insulting peoples intellegence.

Please Help everyone. And everyone warn people about this company by sending as many emails as you can.
