Refused Refund

I have spent 2 day, 15 hours on there chat line to get this thing fixed and they have been unable to fix it. I have had to plug and unplug it and had them take control of my computer, change settings and still no success they have sent messages to the engineers and nothing in my e-mail from them. I have asked for a refund and they have refused to give me one. They say the free trial period was up and they do not have to refund my money. Funny it was just days after the free trial that it quit working.

I was told to try a corded phone which of course I do not have and not wanting to spend more money went to good will and they did not have any. They advertise it will work on a cordless phone. I have 2 different cordless phones and it will not work on either phone.

I paid $49.00 for this thing and now it dose not work and I have no phone service. What good is it if it dose not work. I want all of my money refunded and I want people to know that this is a ripoff.
