I've been a customer of Safety One for over ten years. Last year they provided e-Secure, that allows remote arming and disarming of support. I registered. They mounted some new equipment. The procedure restarted the agreement to get a 3-year time. I offered my house in with 10 weeks left about the agreement. There's no "buy out" choice, I'm merely accountable for the remainder of the agreement. I totally comprehend the conditions of the agreement. Our problem is the fact that the supplier/customer connection is worthless. For $450 the corporation has dropped me like a customer permanently.
