I purchased a lot from the hills of Esterillos, near Jaco, Costa Rica in 2007. The contract stated we will refund 75% of deposit if I had to cancell. Which I did. I hired a lawyer to deal with the arbitation. I won the case and still have not received my deposit. Which now includes lawyers fees and judges fees. These are very bad guys.
