Ripoff

My father gave me a pasta pot that I have used only four or five time and the non-stick lineing is pilling off and is starting to rust. I am unable to contact anyone at the customer service line for help. I have keep the pot only for one purpose to get my dads money back. The only real deal is the cook book that came with it.
