I ordered a DVD and got a horrible copy I was told to return for full refund. I returned it ins. And registered $30.00. Never have received my credit. I returned the item 6-10-11. I followed instructions given me by: Rene. Sadler1@gmail.com. No one answers my emails anymore. I called the psot office and they told me no one ever pickedup pkg. Or they were unabel to deliver. Left notices for them to call post office and make arrangements for delivery or pickup. But they never did that either!
