I checked my bank balance on my phone, just to find out that something had bounced... When i got home i went on my laptop and found this charge for $30 from a place called "PMT Protect". This was an unauthorized charge, I was really mad at this point. I don't even know who these people are. I called the phone number that was given to my bank from these scammers. The lady sounded like she was in another country (you can hear other operators with a similiar accent in the background). I asked who am i calling? She paused twice as i kept asking. The third time i asked she paused for a long time, then simply hung up on me! I am now working with my bank to try to get my money back, but they have to first do an investigation.
