I never heard of this company before in my life. I never signed up to work with them ever. A few short weeks ago I found a $2.11 charge on my bank account. I called the phone # that showed up with the charge on my account. I tried to speak with the rep who answered. I asked what kind of company is this. I told the rep I found a charge on my bank account and that I never authorized anything. How did you get my card info?

Immediately the rep claimed to have a recording of myself authorizing the whole set up of a account with the store. I told the rep to play this so called recording of my consent to everything. He put me on hold and then hung up on me. I called back furious. I ended up getting a different person.

Right away the new rep started asking personal questions like, Can i get your email and home address please? I said Hell No!!! I paused for a min because the first rep didnt ask me any personal questions. My name or anything. But he knew I had a recording of consent. Something is really wrong here. I told the rep that I want my info erased from there system and if your company ever uses my information again that i will sue.

Surly enough, I found a charge 2 days ago on my bank account for $32.42. These people are the BIGGEST CROOKS. They take peoples money without consent from the individual.
