Order a canon 60D, got an email the next day to call in for the order to processed. I called and they said they did not have the 3 digit security code to process my card, oh and by the way the model you are ordering is import with no warranty, battery or charger. So I decide to cancel my order. Oh but I have a Canon 550D which is a t2i does everything that you want but the screen does not swivel and it is usa made for sale for $699.00 I was like well that sounds great but I do not have the funds in my account and I would have to transfer the funds we can give you 1.5 hour. Well, it will take me longer so I call back to cancel the order. As I was canceling the order I get text from my bank that my account is overdraft for $729 pending charge. Well I was on phone telling the guys I need to cancel and was like oh we can wait til tomorrow. I just say okay and call back to get someone else. So I tell him I just called in and spoke with 2 different people (or probably the same one) and told them i did not have the funds and wanted to cancel and they still sent the transaction through. He was like what do you want me to do. I was like cancel it! He was like fine we can unauthorize the debit charge. I packed my 2 small children in the car to go put money in my account so I would not occur charges. I call back and he was like this is just an after hours answering service. I contacted my bank to report the problem. I called today 10 their time and I get an message that they are closed. Uh so is there a answering service. NO! I called yesterday I get put on hold everytime I call in! I feel helpless. I would have no issue if they would have just did what I ask, but now are jerking me around. I mean if the order went through where is my confirmation email. The order in my account is $699 and not even the camera features listed for $699. They were also offering %5 disount, no shipping charge, other crap for free. They offer on their website 1 year warranty and brand new cameras. Oh and 60 day return policy! I mean is the camera coming or you going to be jerks whenI return it... And seems they take forever to refund. They do not respond to emails for tracking or customer service. Why get upset with a customer when you are not providing a legit service. I am not the only with a issue, so I know it is not me!
