I was reviewing my bank statement on 8/30 when I saw a charge made on 8/19 for $60.46 from ILD and another charge on 8/21 for $24.70, not knowing what or who ILD was I called the number (800-226-2606) and was told these charges are for calls I accepted from my husband while he was in ICU at the Hospital (about 45 miles from my home). I did not take the time to ask what the charges would be, but I assumed they would be high but $85.16 for TWO calls. This is robbery without a gun. When I called the company the woman said these calls were accepted & charged with my approval to my debit card. I couldn't argue with that.
