(MPS) fraudulent marketing and billing SCAM

Company calls and tells the person answering the phone that their order is ready to be shipped and to please verify the shipping address and phone number. The person at your business obviously assumes it is something that your company has ordered and believes they are actually verifying your company information.

A shipment then arrives and employees assume it is the supplies they are supposed to use for credit card processing. The prices are ridiculously high and most banks, as ours does, provide the materials at no cost.

The company continues to call and ship merchandise you do not need. When you call to complain, you go into someone's voice mailbox and then wait to be called back.

This is not the way to conduct business.
