Merchant Product Services ripoff rude offensive on the phone fraudolent billing Florence Kentucky

Sombody from Merchant Product Service called, and one of my sales associated, answer the phone, the person on the other line was asking to verify address for shipping and my sales person gave information and name. We received the package with a $309.00 bill for 5 kit of ribbon for our credit card machine. I did respond them back with a fax notify them that the order was unauthorized and that they had to arrange pick up of the package.

The day after one of they sales person (Taylor) called me back, and she questioned me of what kind of business I run... Why I was not be honest... The order got there and I should honor it... That my wife is the real person running my business... The conversation got so unprofessional and heated that that some f... Words were exachanged and it left me steaming.

To make a story short i told them that i will not pay for what they send me unless that they can provide me with a Purchase Order. And i will not pay, and so incourage other people. They keep on calling every day, my staff is been warned about them, and if they want to comunicate with me they have to do via fax, letter, or e-mail so we can document everthing and take further actions if necessary.
