Our air conditioning was not working. So we called John Moore and they sent out an engineer. He gave my wife a quote for $399.99. My wife signed and the job was done in 30 minutes. My wife paid with a credit card. When I came home I researched the part on line it was $12.99 plus $7 shipping. So therefore we where charged $379.99 labor charges. We got in touch with the company and they said we could do nothing about it as my wife had signed the quote. Please can you make others aware of the tactics of this unscupulous act.
