On their web page they stated you could get information for applying for a grant for free, you just had to pay the postage. On the 26 June I was charged $79.97 from them. I received the credit card statement arounbd the end of July. I called them and told them to please refund my money because on the web page it said it was free. They finall aagreed to do this, but in the mean time they charged me for July 26 and only refunded money for July. They did not even consider June. I felt like this should have been what was refunded and not extr charges should have been added. Their phone number is 888-510-3314.
